Where Does the Problem Come From?
The way consumers size an inverter makes perfect sense: a coffee maker at 1,200W, a power drill at 700W — that's 1,900W total, so a 2,000W inverter should be plenty.
The wattage math is right. What consumers don't account for is startup current. When an appliance powers on, it draws a surge of current well above its running wattage — and how much higher depends entirely on the type of device. A coffee maker might draw twice its rated current at startup. a microwave can draw three times or more. Consumers don't know this. They just know the inverter tripped, and they go write a one-star review.
That review lives on your product page.
Waveform is another factor worth noting. Variable-speed motors, medical equipment, and sensitive electronics are designed to run on pure sine wave power. A modified sine wave inverter will struggle with these loads — or fail entirely. The consumer only knows it doesn't work. The review still points at your brand.
None of this can be fixed with better packaging or stronger marketing. The only real solution is an inverter you can trust.

Every other inverter brand on the market caps peak surge at 200% of rated output. Ours hits 300%. That difference covers exactly the devices with inherently high startup current — air compressors, refrigerator compressors, heavy-duty power tools — the scenarios consumers encounter most often and understand least. We are the first manufacturer to bring this standard to market.
Rated Power Means Continuous Output
Our pure sine wave inverters are rated at actual sustained output — 1,100W, 2,200W, 3,200W — verified under full load, for up to four continuous hours. Not peak. Not best-case conditions.
Efficiency and Standby Draw
Conversion efficiency at ≥92%. Standby draw at ≤0.3A — roughly half of comparable units. For RV, marine, and work vehicle applications running off a battery bank, that difference is felt over the course of a day.
Compact by Design
Our 2,000W model comes in at 4.45 liters and 2.8kg. The 3,000W at 6.21 liters and 3.8kg. In installations where mounting space is a real constraint, these numbers matter.
