Our automated SMT line places components onto PCBs with a level of speed and precision that manual assembly cannot match. Every placement is consistent, repeatable, and traceable — the foundation of a reliable inverter production process.

Our SMT line handles a full range of power electronics products, including pure sine wave inverters, solar inverter chargers, solar charge controllers (MPPT), battery chargers, and jump starters.

At our China facility, SMT through to final assembly and testing runs under one roof. Our Vietnam facility manages final assembly, testing, and quality inspection under the same IATF 16949 standards. PCB procurement in Vietnam is handled through qualified local suppliers, audited and approved under our supplier management process — ensuring consistent quality regardless of where your order is fulfilled.

This dual-site model is designed to give brand clients in Europe and North America the supply chain flexibility they need, without compromising on process control.

Every board produced on our SMT line goes on to pass automated optical inspection before moving to the next stage of production. This is how we have shipped over 20 million units to brand clients across Europe and North America — and maintained IATF 16949 certification throughout.
