One of the core steps in our manufacturing process is Automated Optical Inspection (AOI). After PCB assembly, every single board goes through our AOI system before moving to the next stage. No exceptions, no sampling.

Our AOI equipment scans each board for soldering defects, component misalignment, and placement errors with a level of precision and consistency that manual inspection cannot match. Any board that does not meet specification is flagged and removed from the line immediately.

This is one of the reasons we have shipped over 20 million units to brand clients across Europe and North America — and maintained IATF 16949 certification throughout.
